How CalCulator Protects Your Inputs and Checks Math

Why our tools run in your browser, how we review formulas, and how to report a wrong result.

Updated 2026-03-27 · CalCulator Team

CalCulator is built for people who need answers without creating an account. This page explains our technical and editorial approach — the kind of detail ad platforms and search quality systems look for when judging whether a site is a thin wrapper or a maintained product.

Your numbers stay on your device

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser with JavaScript. We do not operate a backend that stores what you type into EMI, BMI, or salary tools. Hosting logs (IP, user agent) may exist at the server level for security; see our Privacy Policy.

How we write and review tools

  1. Define the user job (e.g., “compare loan tenure”).
  2. Implement the formula used by mainstream references.
  3. Add worked examples with realistic inputs.
  4. Document limitations (fees, tax, medical context).
  5. Re-review when standards or user corrections warrant an update.

Found a bug?

Email hello@cal-culator.online with the page URL, inputs, expected output, and screenshot if possible. We treat formula errors as priority fixes.
